Grievance Reporting System

At Formika, we jointly create an ethical work environment aligned with our values. If any breach of the principles is observed, everyone should respond and report it without fear of retaliation. We always encourage direct communication with a supervisor or the HR department, or the submission of a report to the Company's Ethics Committee.
