Formika Sp. z o.o. (hereinafter: “FORMIKA”) makes every effort to protect the users of its website (www.formika.com.pl). FORMIKA uses all necessary measures to secure data against their loss, destruction, disclosure, unauthorised access or misuse. This webpage provides basic information on how we use the data.
1. Who is the controller of my data?

2. What data are processed by FORMIKA?
FORMIKA uses the following data:
• Name and surname,
• Name of the company you represent,
• E-mail address,
• Telephone number (only if you decide to give us your telephone number).
3. What is the purpose of data processing by FORMIKA?
FORMIKA uses your data to reply to inquiries made in the contact form. The contact form is available at the FORMIKA’s webpage:

One of the manners of processing your data is the so-called profiling. Profiling consists of using data collected by us to develop a general profile of a client/ potential client. Based on that we are able to adapt our advertising message to known or expected needs and expectations of our clients/potential clients. Importantly, profiling is not purely automatic i.e. human intervention is ensured in each case of the profiling.
4. How do we derive data?
All data in our possession are derived directly from you i.e. you provide the data when filling in the contact form.
5. Do I have to provide my data?
The provision of data is entirely voluntary. However, we will not be able to answer the questions asked in the contact form unless the data are provided.
6. How long do we process personal data?
It is you who decide how long we will process your data. Where you file an objection to the processing of your data, your data will be promptly deleted.
7. Do we make data available to other entities?
FORMIKA will not make your data available to other entities. Nevertheless, we may disclose the data acquired by us to entities that provide data processing services (but only under an agreement and in accordance with instructions given by the controller) i.e.:
• companies responsible for automation of marketing processes,
• hosting companies,
• Google LLC with its registered office in Mountain View, California, US (the provider of Google Analytics and Google AdWords services).
In this case, your data may be transmitted to recipients from third countries from outside the European Economic Area.
8. What are my rights in connection with data processing?
Besides the right to object to the processing of data, you also have the right to:
• access to your data,
• rectification of your data,
• erasure of your data,
• restriction of the processing of your data,
• portability of your data.
Notwithstanding the aforesaid, you may file a complaint with the national regulatory authority - the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection, if FORMIKA infringes the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 26 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Regulation on Data Protection).
9. Cookies
The website of FORMIKA uses cookies. Cookies are recorded and stored on your computer or any other device when you browse the FORMIKA websites.
Cookies are used for the following purposes:
a) to analyse your behaviour when using the FORMIKA website to adapt the content and advertising messages to individual interests,
