We conduct a series of trainings for middle and senior management, as part of the "Manager’s Academy". The first concerned relationships and processes based on trust.

Trust is the basic factor influencing the development of an organization. Without it, there is no way to build interpersonal relationships and business.

The programme is directed at Employees who have recently taken on managerial roles, as well as Managers who have recently joined Formika. The programme is designed to improve managerial competence and support them in their new role.
